SMana v28: preparing the seasonal cycle

Competition management is connected more closely to the seasonal cycle and to the conclusion of each tournament.

The season therefore gains a clearer structure: results, rounds and final positions are no longer isolated events, but parts of a single path that leads the World towards prizes, qualification and a new season.
