1. Owner information

2. Nature of the project

SMana is an online football management game. Access to the core features is free. Any Plus features are optional and may have a limited duration.

3. SMcoins

SMcoins are exclusively an internal virtual game resource. They have no real monetary value, cannot be converted into money and do not constitute a deposit, investment, electronic money or financial instrument.

4. Intellectual property

The software, code, mechanics, texts, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, images, databases and content of SMana are protected by applicable law and belong to the owner or their respective rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, systematic extraction or modification is prohibited.

The names, trademarks, badges and other elements of the clubs shown in SMana are managed by the service and are fictional unless otherwise stated. Users may choose the virtual identity of their coach and remain responsible for the content they enter. SMana may modify or remove inappropriate content or content that infringes third-party rights, including following a report.

Anyone who believes that a name, trademark, image or other content in the service is inappropriate or infringes their own or another person's rights may use the available reporting tools. SMana may request additional information before taking action.

5. Prohibition of automated access

Using crawlers, scrapers, bots, scripts or other automated tools to extract data or interfere with the operation of the service without written authorisation is prohibited. Search engine crawlers and social preview services remain permitted to the extent allowed by the site's public rules and robots.txt file.

6. Service availability

The owner does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended for maintenance, security, technical problems, organisational changes or the evolution of the project.

7. External links

SMana may contain links to or use third-party services. The owner is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those external services.

8. Internal messaging

Messaging between coaches is an internal feature of the service. Conversations are not private end-to-end encrypted communications: they may be retained and, in the event of a report or security/moderation requirement, reviewed by the administration as described in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Removing a conversation from your own area does not amount to technical deletion of its history. Only the administration can permanently delete a thread.

9. Invoicing of Plus purchases

For SMana Plus purchases, the applicable tax document is issued. Preparation normally takes place 24 hours after payment, counting only the days currently selected for invoicing: Lunedì, Martedì, Mercoledì, Giovedì, Venerdì. The days excluded from the count are: Sabato, Domenica. These parameters can be configured by the administration and the values shown on this page are updated dynamically.

If a purchase is refunded before the document is issued, no invoice is issued; if the refund takes place after invoicing, the corresponding credit note is handled.
