SMana v32: promotion and relegation

The competitive system is completed with movement between Bronze, Silver and Goalsd Leagues based on seasonal results and the post-season.

The season therefore gains a clearer structure: results, rounds and final positions are no longer isolated events, but parts of a single path that leads the World towards prizes, qualification and a new season.
