SMana v38: calendar and World cycle

Integration between the calendar, daily simulation and competition progression continues to improve.

The season therefore gains a clearer structure: results, rounds and final positions are no longer isolated events, but parts of a single path that leads the World towards prizes, qualification and a new season.
