SMana uses technical cookies that are essential for login, sessions, security and storing cookie preferences. These tools are necessary for the service to operate and do not require consent.

3. Preferences

This category may be used to remember non-essential choices made by the user. Activation depends on the preferences selected in the cookie panel.

4. Analytics

SMana currently does not use browser-side analytics tools that require user consent. If such tools are introduced, they will be managed according to cookie preferences and this policy will be updated.

5. Marketing

SMana currently does not use its own advertising or profiling cookies on the site. Any future marketing tools will be introduced in compliance with applicable law and, where necessary, subject to consent.

6. External services

SMana uses external services such as PayPal, Brevo and Aruba. Opening pages or services belonging to third parties may involve technologies and cookies governed by their respective policies. Merely using these providers server-side does not necessarily result in profiling cookies being installed on SMana.

7. Internal messaging

Messaging between coaches uses the authenticated session and the technical mechanisms required for the site to operate. The internal chat does not, in itself, involve additional profiling or marketing cookies.

8. Transactional emails

Emails sent through Brevo may generate technical information about delivery, opening or clicks, used to verify successful delivery and the operation of service communications. These activities are also described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Preference duration

Cookie choices are stored on the user's device and may be changed at any time through the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer.

10. How to change consent

Use the preference management panel available on the site. You can also delete cookies directly from your browser settings.
