Right of withdrawal

1. Scope

This page governs the right of withdrawal relating to SMana Plus and any other paid services purchased at a distance by consumers. Access to SMana's core features remains free.

2. 14-day period

Where provided for by applicable law, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without having to provide a reason.

3. Immediate activation requested by the user

When purchasing Plus, the user may expressly request that the service be activated immediately after payment confirmation, before the withdrawal period expires.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal after the requested service has started, an amount proportionate to the part of the service already actually used may be payable in the cases and under the conditions provided by law. The refundable amount is shown by the system before withdrawal is confirmed.

4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

While the order is still within the applicable period, withdrawal may be exercised through the dedicated function available on the SMana Plus page or in the Account area. The function identifies the order and allows the user to proceed without providing a reason.

Withdrawal may also be communicated by an explicit statement to info@smana.it or by certified email (PEC) to fabiococco@pec.it, stating at least the email associated with the account, the service purchased and the date of purchase.

5. Refund calculation

Where a proportional refund is due, the calculation is based on the total price paid for the package and the actual duration of the service purchased. The portion corresponding to the service already used is retained only to the extent permitted by law; the remainder is refunded.

6. Refund method and timing

As a rule, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless a different permitted arrangement is agreed. Fees paid by the seller to PayPal are not charged to the consumer as an additional withdrawal cost.

7. Invoice and credit note

If withdrawal occurs before the tax document is issued, the refunded order is not invoiced. If the invoice has already been issued, the refund may result in the issue of the relevant credit note in accordance with applicable tax rules.

8. Withdrawal and Plus access

Following withdrawal/refund, the Plus period relating to the order is removed. If the account has other valid Plus periods, access continues until their expiry; otherwise Plus features cease.

9. Optional form

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the SMana Plus service purchased on [date], associated with account [email].”

10. Free features and internal messaging

Use of the normal free game features, including internal messaging between coaches, does not change the terms and conditions of the right of withdrawal relating to SMana Plus purchases.
